Life is complicated and untidy.
My work concentrates on personal journeys and choices that we make. I am influenced by immediate surroundings and events that life throws at us. I incorporate domestic objects into my work, introducing a hint of light humour to balance the seriousness of life changing decisions. My work explores identity, relationships and emotions, depicting elements of the past, present and my concerns for the future. My tiles and ceramic sculptures invite the viewer to make their own interpretation according to their personal experiences.
