Artist Submission

If you are an artist based in Doncaster or in the borough of Doncaster and would like to get involved in future activities and events, please consider joining the 'Fringe'. Fringe are an artists led, constituted, not for profit group who have got together to help raise the profile of the visual arts in Doncaster. The group is very diverse and welcomes new members.

The group exists to promote and enhance the work of its membership, who are made up of professional, or actively striving to be professional, artists and crafts people.

Its aims are:

• To stimulate economic growth through the practice and production of artwork.
• To support and promote work of the highest quality.
• To actively market its members work, locally, nationally and internationally.
• To raise the profile of its members and their work, raising the creative profile of the Doncaster region.
• To develop its members as creative businesses.
• To encourage professional development.
• To encourage wider participation in the arts.

We operate a yearly subscription scheme. The current fee is 10 GBP. This enables us to have a small core of money which we can use as match money for funding bids and to cover small scale admin costs. We will apply for funding to put on activities, events and exhibitions throughout the year.

A small memebership fee of £10.00 is required to complete your application, a link for this payment will be included in this email.
